On September 3, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 48/2025/TT-BCT amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 28/2009/TT-BCT dated September 28, 2009, on certification of tariff rate quotas for natural honey exported to Japan under the Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Japan for an Economic Partnership (VJEPA). This Circular takes effect on the date of signing.
