Formally collect charges for exploitation of information in the national population database

On August 03, 3022, the Minister of Finance promulgates Circular No. 48/2022/TT-BTC prescribing the rates, collection, remittance, management, and use of charges for exploitation and use of information in the national population database.

Accordingly, agencies, organizations and individuals (except for the cases specified at Points a, b, Clause 2, Article 10 of the Law on Citizen Identification) that have a request for exploitation and use of information in the national population database must pay the charges as prescribed in this Circular.
