Supplement the application for import permits of films

On October 28, 2022, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism issues the Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL dated July 16, 2012, of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism guiding the implementation of the Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP dated April 12, 2012, of the Government on the management of the export and import of cultural products for non-commercial purposes.

Accordingly, Circular 08 supplements the application for import permits of films. Besides, in accordance with law provisions, films which are stated under Point b Clause 1 Article 8 of Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP dated April 12, 2012, of the Government on the management of the export and import of cultural products for non-commercial purposes and are amended by Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree No. 22/2022/ND-CP dated March 25, 2022, of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP;

Including:

Films for screening, airing, sampling and introduction, presentation to the Film Appraisal Board, publishing, and distribution in nationwide cinemas and television systems in accordance with law provisions.

This Circular takes effect on December 15, 2022.
