Prime Minister requests continued study on reducing fees, charges, and input costs for enterprises

A draft circular proposes increasing the threshold to VND 400 million for loans issued by credit institutions and VND 200 million for those provided by people’s credit funds.

On February 28, 2026, the Government issued Decree No. 64/2026/NĐ-CP detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementation of, the Law on Recovery and Bankruptcy regarding the enforcement of decisions declaring enterprises and cooperatives bankrupt. This Decree takes effect from March 1, 2026.

The Government has issued Decree No. 64/2026/NĐ-CP dated February 28, 2026, detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementation of, the Law on Recovery and Bankruptcy regarding the enforcement of decisions declaring enterprises and cooperatives bankrupt, which takes effect from March 1, 2026.

On February 13, 2026, the Government issued Decree No. 59/2026/ND-CP providing the expulsion sanction, the measure of holding of persons in temporary custody under administrative procedures, escort of violators, and the management of foreigners violating Vietnamese law pending the completion of expulsion procedures.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc has signed Decision 380/QD-TTg approving a project to develop and annually publicise minimum living standards as a basis for determining social policy benchmarks.
