Annul Circulars on labor, salary and insurance from November 15, 2022

On September 30, 2022, the Ministry of Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs issues the Circular No. 18/2022/TT-BLDTBXH on annulling a number of legal normative documents which are issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

In particulars, Circular 18 annuls all the legal normative documents as follows:

- Labor - Salary:

  • Circular No. 28/2005/TT-LDTBXH guiding the wage regime and allowance for workers, officers and public construction officers of 05 hydroelectric power projects.
  • Circular No. 12/2007/TT-LDTBXH guiding the wage regime and allowance for workers, officers and public construction officers of hydroelectric power projects.
  • Circular No. 37/2009/TT-LDTBXH guiding the regime of mid-shift meals for workers and public construction officers of the Son La hydroelectric power projects.
  • Circular No. 03/2011/TT-LDTBXH guiding the wage regime and allowance for workers and public construction officers of the Lai Chau hydroelectric power projects.
  • Circular No. 17/2015/TT-BLDTBXH guiding for building the wage table, wage allowance or wage arrange for employees in the state-owned one-member limited liability companies.

- Employment:

  • Circular No. 23/2014/TT-BLDTBXH guiding a number of articles of the Decree No. 34/2014/ND-CP.
  • Circular No. 07/2015/TT-BLDTBXH detailing the implementation of the Decree No. 196/2013/ND-CP.
  • Circular No. 16/2015/TT-BLDTBXH of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding a number of articles of the Decree No. 75/2014/ND-CP.
  • Circular No. 40/2016/TT-BLDTBXH guiding a number of articles of the Decree No. 11/2016/ND-CP.
  • Circular No. 44/2016/TT-BLDTBXH guides a number of employment and vocational training policies for people who have just completed a prison sentence.

- Social insurance:

  • Circular No. 58/2015/TT-BLDTBXH on the wage adjustment and monthly wage for social insurance payment.
  • Circular No. 23/2016/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the adjustment of pension, social insurance allowance and monthly allowance in accordance with the Decree No. 55/2016/ND-CP
  • Circular No. 42/2016/TT-BLDTBXH on the wage adjustment and monthly wage for social insurance payment.
  • Circular No. 18/2017/TT_BLDTBXH guiding the adjustment of pension payment, monthly social insurance allowance prescribed in Clauses 1, 2, 3 and 8, Article 1, Decree No. 76/2017/ND-CP.
  • Circular No. 32/2017/TT-BLDTBXH prescribing the monthly wage adjustment and earnings for which social insurance has been paid.
  • Circular No. 35/2018/TT-BLDTBXH on the wage adjustment and monthly wage for social insurance payment.

The Circular 18/2022/TT-NHNN takes effect on November 15, 2022.
