Suspension of temporary import for re-export of medical masks from March 15

This is the content prescribed at the Circular No. 03/2022/TT-BCT issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on January 28, 2022 on the suspension of temporary import for re-export of medical masks, medical gloves and anti-epidemic isolation suits.

Accordingly, to suspend temporary import for re-export of medical masks, medical gloves and anti-epidemic isolation suits (including clothes, glasses, medical masks, protective helmets, gloves and shoes) specified in the list provided in the Appendix to the Circular 03/2022/TT-BCT.

Shipments of medical masks, medical gloves and anti-epidemic isolation suits for which customs procedures for temporary import are completed from January 01, 2022 to before March 15, 2022 may continue to be re-exported in accordance with the Government’s Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP.

These regulations are applicable for traders engaged in temporary import for re-export of goods; organizations and agencies managing temporary import for re-export of goods; agencies, organizations and individuals related to temporary import for re-export of goods.

The Circular No. 03/2022/TT-BCT takes effect from March 15, 2022, through December 31, 2022.
