Especially, concentrate on reviewing, investigating, and evaluating the activities of consultation organizations that are reputable, responsible, and law-abiding in the land auctions.
The information disclosure of the annual auction project and plan must be approved to ensure transparency and create favorable conditions for people who have demands on land.
The cases that do not fulfill the financial obligations or put land into use late shall be checked, evaluated, and processed in accordance with the regulations after winning the land auction.

On September 2022, appoint the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to take the prime responsibility and coordinate with the relevant units to set up, appraise and submit the authorization to approve the Plan on using land in 05 years (2021-2025).
