Draft report on reducing land rentals

On September 22, 2022, the Government promulgates Resolution No. 125/NQ-CP on reducing land and water surface rentals for 2022 for subjects affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Resolution 125 takes effect on September 22.

Accordingly, unifying the Government’s draft report that reports to the National Assembly Standing Committee on the reduction of land and water surface rentals for 2022 for subjects affected by the Covid-19 pandemic attached to the Ministry of Finance’s Document No. 9154/TTr-BTC dated September 13, 2022.

The Ministry of Finance shall take full responsibility before the Government.

The Prime Minister and agencies for reported information and data. The Minister of Finance shall as authorized by the Prime Minister and on behalf of the Government:

+ Report to the National Assembly Standing Committee in accordance with regulations, ensuring quality and progress.

+ Be responsible for reporting and explaining to the National Assembly Standing Committee and agencies of the National Assembly.
