Database on meeting citizens, handling complaints and denunciations

In accordance with Decree 55, the National database on meeting citizens, receiving applications, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections is the collection of information on complaints, denunciations, petitions, reflections from agencies, organizations, individuals, and information on meeting citizens, processing applications, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, petitions, and reflections of authorized agencies.

The National database includes information as follows:

- Information on meeting citizens

- Information on processing applications

- Information on complaints

- Information on denunciations

- Information on the petition, reflections
