Continuing the payment of support for employees who have submitted dossiers on schedule

On August 11, 2022, the National Assembly Standing Committee approves Resolution No. 24/2022/UBTVQH15 on continuing the payment of support for employees under Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15.

Accordingly, Clause 1, Article 1 of the Resolution points out that:

1. An amount equivalent to VND 1,155 billion from the balance of the Unemployment Insurance Fund shall be used to pay for employees eligible for support under Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24, 2021, who have submitted dossiers on schedule.

In accordance with these regulations, the employees who have submitted dossiers on schedule. Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 1 of Resolution 03, employees who receive support are:

- Participating in unemployment insurance by September 30, 2021, excluding workers working in government agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, people's armed forces, and public service providers having recurrent expenditure guaranteed by the state budget...

- Having ceased to participate in unemployment insurance as a result of terminating employment contracts or working contracts from January 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021, with the period of contributing to unemployment insurance retained according to regulations and law on occupation, excluding beneficiaries of monthly pension.

In accordance with the new Resolution, the time limit for completing the payment of support for employees is September 10, 2022.

This Circular takes effect on August 11, 2022.
