Pilot implementation of collection of legal costs from October 01, 2022

On September 15, 2022, the Supreme People’s Court issues the Decision No. 273/QD-TANDTC on pilot implementation of the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal.

Accordingly, the Supreme People's Court decides to pilot the implementation of the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal. The duration of pilot implementation shall be from October 01, 2022 to the end of October 31, 2022 at the following People’s Courts: 

- People’s Court of Long Bien District, Hanoi;

- People’s Court of Dong Da District, Hanoi;

- People’s Court of Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi;

- People’s Court of Gia Lam District, Hanoi;

- People’s Court of Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi. 

The Chief Justices of the selected People’s Courts shall be responsible for coordinating with the General Department in organizing the implementation of the online public justice service at the units.

At the same time, directing cadres and civil servants to seriously comply with pilot implementation of the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal. 

Propagating and guiding citizens and enterprises about the benefits and utilities of using the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal.

This Decision takes effect on September 15, 2022.
