Supplement the List of imports by HS Code and methods of import management in the field of printing

Goods being printing equipment (excluding components and accessories) as prescribed at Decree No. 72/2022/ND-CP as follows:

Code 84.40 : Book-binding machinery, including book-sewing machines

Code 84.41: Other machinery for making up paper pulp, paper or paperboard, including cutting machines of all kinds

Code 84.42: Machinery, apparatus and equipment (other than the machines of headings 84.56 to 84.65) for preparing or making plates, cylinders or other printing components; plates, cylinders and other printing components; plates, cylinders and lithographic stones, prepared for printing purposes (for example, planed, grained or polished).
 

Code 84.43: Printing machinery used for printing by means of plates, cylinders and other printing components of heading 84.42; other printers, copying machines and facsimile machines, whether or not combined; parts and accessories thereof

Only goods with 08-digit HS code listed and described as printing equipment in the List of imports in the field of printing specified at Point a of this Clause must apply import declaration procedures prescribed in Clause 6 Article 1 of the Government's Decree No. 72/2022/ND-CP.

In case of modification of the regulations on HS codes, the new regulations on HS codes corresponding to printing equipment listed and described in the List of imports in the field of printing.
