Import tariff quotas for tobacco, poultry eggs originating from Eurasian Economic Union
In accordance with Circular No. 04/2023/-BCT, the import tariff quota for poultry eggs is 11,257 dozens in 2023, 11,820 dozens in 2024, 12,411 dozens in 2025, 13,031 dozens in 2026, 13,683 dozens 2027.
The import tariff quota for unmanufactured tobacco is 500 tons in the 2023 - 2027 period.
Imports from member states of the Eurasian Economic Union in accordance with Vietnam - Eurasian Economic Union Free Trade Agreement must have certificates of origin (C/O form EAV) granted according to current regulations.
Boarding ethnic schools enroll is no more than 10% of Kinh students
The regulations organization and operation of boarding ethnic secondary schools which are issued with Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BGDDT prescribe that:
- The boarding ethnic school is allowed to enroll no more than 10% of Kinh students in the total number of new enrollments each year.
Students being ethnic minorities who themselves and their parents or guardians permanently reside for 36 consecutive months or more, up to the date of submission of enrollment documents, in:
Communes, wards, townships of Region III and extremely disadvantaged villages in ethnic minority areas and mountainous areas, extremely disadvantaged communes in coastal areas and islands according to regulations of competent authorities;
Communes, wards and townships of regions II and I in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
Except for the first round of civil servant candidates
In accordance with the new regulations prescribed in Decree No. 06/2023/ND-CP, the organization of the first round of civil servant candidates to the end of July 31, 2024.
