One of the important contents prescribed in the Circular 01 is the requirement from the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in the collection of more information of labor market. In particulars:
- Collection of labor supply information: beside the information on family name, middle name and first name, date of birth; gender, highest general education level, current full-time job, unemployment situation ...the new Circular requires to supplement the training and employment demands.
- Collection of information on foreign workers in Vietnam: Besides the personal information, work permits, current working position, to-be-collected information contents include:
+ Professional qualifications and training discipline;
+ Job position; job title; form of employment;
+ Type of the enterprise or organization;
+ Working experience;
+ Practice certificate;
+ Workplace and working period.
Employment service centers shall collect and regularly update detailed information on labor recruitment by employers and report to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
