Hot policies take effect today (March 20, 2023)

Circular No. 07/2023/TT-BTC prescribes that the rates, collection, remittance, management, and use of the charge for appraisal of environmental remediation and rehabilitation plans by central agencies are from VND 06 - 61 million depending on total investment capital.

In particulars:

The total investment capital of a project is up to VND 10 billion, and the rate is VND 6 million.
The total investment capital of a project from over VND 100 to 200 billion, the rate is VND 30 million.

Hot policies take effect on March 20, 2023 — *The charge rates for appraisal of environmental remediation (Illustration)*

The total investment capital of a project from over VND 1,000 to 1,500 billion, the rate is VND 48 million.
The total investment capital of a project from over VND 3,000 to 5,000 billion, the rate is VND 53 million.
The total investment capital of a project from over VND 100 to 7,000 billion, the rate is VND 61 million.

The charge rates for appraisal of environmental remediation take effect on March 20, 2023.
