The National Assembly passes the Land Law (amended) on October 2023

On June 13, 2022, the National Assembly passes the Resolution No. 50/2022/QH15 on the 2023 law- and ordinance-making Program and adjustments to the 2022 law-and ordinance-making Program.

On June 13, 2022, the National Assembly passed Resolution No. 50/2022/QH15 on the 2023 law- and ordinance-making Program and adjustments to the 2022 law-and ordinance-making Program.

Remarkably, at the 6th session (October 2023), to submit to the National Assembly for passage 6 laws (The (amended) Land Law; The (amended) Law on Real Estate Business; The (amended) Housing Law; The (amended) Law on Water Resources; The (amended) Law on Telecommunications; The Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones and to submit to the National Assembly for discussion 2 draft laws (The (amended) Law on Social Insurance; The (amended) Law on Archive).

Passes the amended Land Law on October 2023 — *The National Assembly passes the Land Law (amended) on October 2023 (Illustration)*

Besides, to add the following draft laws to the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program for submission to the National Assembly for discussion at the 4th session (October 2022): The (amended) Law on Bidding; The (amended) on Price; The (amended) Law on E-Transactions; The (amended) Law on Cooperatives; The (amended) Law on Civil Defense.

Decree No. 59/2026/ND-CP on expulsion of foreigners violating Vietnamese law effective from April 1, 2026
