Increase environmental protection tax on petrol, oil, grease

On December 30, 2022, the National Assembly Standing Committee issues the Resolution No. 30/2022/UBTVQH15 on environmental protection tax on petrol, oil, grease.

Resolution No. 30/2022/UBTVQH15 takes effect on January 01, 2023.

From January 01, 2024, environmental protection tax on petrol, oil, grease is implemented in accordance with the regulations prescribed in Section I, Clause 1, Article 1, Resolution No. 579/2018/UBTVQH14.
