DECISION
ON SUPPLEMENT OF LIST OF MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS THAT COULD BE PRODUCED DOMESTICALLY
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to the Decree No.189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade,
Pursuant to the Decree No.44/2011/ND-CP dated June 14, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing Article 3 of the Decree No.189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Resolution No.11/NQ-CP dated February 24, 2011 of the Government on solutions mainly focusing on containing inflation, stabilizing the macro economy, ensuring the social security;
Pursuant to the Resolution No.01/NQ-CP dated January 03, 2012 of the Government on the key solutions on direction, administration of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and state budget estimate in 2012;
Pursuant to the Decision No.2840/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2010 of the Minister of Industry and Trade issuing the list of machinery, equipment, supplies and materials which could be produced domestically;
Based on opinions of the Units on the list of machinery, equipment, supplies and materials that could be produced domestically;
At the request of Director of Planning Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.To issue together with this Decision the additional list of machinery, equipment, supplies and materials that could be produced domestically.
Article 2.This list is used as a basis for the Ministries, Branches and People s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to direct the implementation according to provisions of Article 2 of the Decision No.2840/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2010 of the Minister of Industry and Trade issuing the list of machinery, equipment, supplies and materials that could be produced domestically.
Article 3.During the implementation, the Ministries, Branches and People s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, the groups, corporations, companies and professional associations continue to recommend to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for revising and supplementing the list in accordance with the actual situation.
Article 4.This Decision takes effect from the signing date./.
