Thông báo 3238/TB-LĐTBXH 2018 nghỉ lễ, Tết năm 2019 đối với cán bộ, công chức, viên chức và người lao động

NoticeNo. 3238/TB-BLDTBXH dated August 06th, 2018 of the Ministry of Labor War Invalids and Social Affairs regarding 2019 s national and Tet holidays for public officers, servants and employees of public administrative bodies, public sector entities, political institutions, and socio-political organizations

Implementing the Direction of the Prime Minister in the Official Dispatch No. 6519/VPCP-KGVX dated July 11th 2018 on Lunar new year holiday and swapping weekends during holidays 2019, applicable to officials and employees, the Ministry of Labor War Invalids and Social Affairs announces to administrative agencies, political organization, socio-political organization for implementing the Lunar new year holiday and the swapping of weekends during holidays 2019 as follows:

1. New Year s Holiday: Officials and employees in administrative agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations (hereinafter referred to as officials) shall have the days off from Monday, December 31st, 2018 until the end of Tuesday, January 01st, 2019, Officials shall work on Saturday, January 05th, 2019.

Thus, during New Year s Holiday, officials shall have 04 consecutive days off, starting from Saturday, December 29th, 2018 until the end of Tuesday, January 01st, 2019.

2. Lunar New Year’s holiday:

Officials shall have the days off from Monday, February 04th, 2019 until the end of  Friday, February 08th, 2019.

Accordingly, officials shall have 9 consecutive days off during Lunar New year s holiday 2019, starting from Saturday, February 02nd, 2019 until the end of Sunday, February 10th, 2019.

3. Victory day April 30thand International Labor day May 1st:

Officials shall have days off from Monday, April 29th, 2019 until the end of Wednesday, May 1th, 2019 and work on Saturday, May 04th, 2019.

Accordingly, officials shall have 05 consecutive days off starting from Saturday, April 27th2019 until the end of Wednesday, May 01th, 2019.

4. The organizations, units when implementing the aforesaid holidays schedules should notice to carry out: Arranging reasonable working sections in order to avoid interrupted work, ensuring the good service for organizations and individuals.

The organizations that do not have Saturdays and Sundays off shall schedule their own days off based on the programs and plans.

The Ministry of Labor War Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Notice for the convenience of the people and organizations./.
